Justificatif "reçu don" d'une societe

bONJOUR, NOTRE ASSOCIATION A REçue pour la 1er fois un don d'une entreprise privé. je dois etablir un justificatif a l'entreprise pour avoir reçu ce don. y a t-il un formulaire type ou un cerfa ? je vous remercie pour votre aide
